Development of the Project Highway shall include design and construction. Two lane with paved shoulder shall include strengthening of existing SL/IL. Two-Lanning with paved shoulder shall be undertaken. The carriageway shall be 7.0 m with 1.50 m paved shoulder on either side uniformly throughout the stretch.
