Workplace gender equality is achieved when people can access and enjoy the same rewards, resources and opportunities regardless of gender. We had held a session at our New Delhi office giving a clear distinction of the gender equality at workplace and otherwise. The purpose of the session was to bring about awareness among the staff as to how the times are changing and how women are excelling at every field. We covered a variety of heads such as "how we need to removal all barriers and provide a platform for equal participation for women. We as a company believe that the views of women are as productive and beneficial for the firm as those of men" and "Men and Women must have equal opportunity for promotion and increments." Because we believe that for equal work there must be equal pay. Because a pay gap also affects women and their families economically.


We had held a session at our Jaipur Head Office giving handouts to the staff stating our company regulations and our stand. We covered a variety of heads such as "A detail of the reporting system", which ensures that our staff and those we work with can report any suspicious behavior or breach in business ethics without fear of prejudice and discussed how our business is built around fairness, openness and honesty. We have a zero tolerance stance towards unethical activities. We also provide clear guidance on what we expect of every staff member though a core set of communications. These help our employees understand our approach to ethics and how we comply with laws, regulations and company procedures that apply to our activities.
